2026 Marching Band Registration
Welcome to the Plymouth-Canton Marching Band!
Registration for the 2026 Marching Band Season will be divided into three phases.
Phase 1: Now through June 1st
- Step 1: Submit your registration form. Provide information about your student and your contact information and review information you'll need regarding program fees, volunteer commitments and the 2026 season schedule.
- Once we've reviewed your registration and determined that all prior season balances are paid, you'll receive an email from BoosterHub requesting that you join Plymouth-Canton Music Boosters on BoosterHub. Follow the instructions to log into your new BoosterHub account. We'll use this system to collect member dues and communicate with you throughout the season.
- Step 2: Pay your $250 commitment fee by June 1st. Once your registration is accepted and processed you'll also receive an invoice for this non-refundable commitment fee by email. You can either pay the invoice directly from the payment link in the email or you can log into your BoosterHub account and view and pay the invoice by selecting "Account" from your BoosterHub Dashboard.
- Once registration closes, we'll send invoices for the remainder of the season balance to all families who have registered and paid their commitment fee. The total member fee for the season is $925. When you receive the invoice for the remaining $675, you'll be able to pay in full or pay in 4 equal monthly installments of $168.75, with the first payment due on July 1.
Phase 2: April 15th through June 15th
- Complete your student's school physical form. Please note that school physicals must be completed after April 15th to be valid for the next school year.
- Complete any necessary medication forms. If your student needs to take medication during practices, we'll need a completed copy of the Medication Form signed by their doctor. If your student needs to carry medication with them, such as inhalers or Epi-pens, we'll need a copy of the Self Possession Medication Form signed by their doctor. Blank copies of these medical forms are available in "Files" on BoosterHub.
- Take the parent survey to help us match you with available volunteer opportunities.
- Phase 2 Acknowledgements: Once you've completed the survey and have completed copies of any necessary medical forms ready, complete the Phase 2 Acknowledgements. Here you will either submit copies of your medical forms online or indicate that you've provided them to us another way.
Phase 3: July
- Complete and submit field trip permission slips for upcoming competitions and events.
- Complete and submit Ford Field waiver forms needed for MCBA State Finals.
- Read and acknowledge the Band Handbook.
We'll provide links to these Phase 3 forms here once they're available.
Once the budget for the 2026 Marching Band season has been finalized, we'll provide an update on total cost of membership, due dates and payment options available for the season.
We realize that this is a lot of information to remember all at once so we'll update this page and communicate with you along the way with important reminders and additional information. For now, just complete your registration form to get on our mailing list to receive these important updates.
